An instructor walks you through your first class. Kind, patient, world-class.
One hour on the mat and the intimidation is gone. Most people book their second class before they leave.
Ages 4 to 8. Games first, discipline underneath. Kids learn to focus, fall safely, and stand up for themselves.
GBK · 4–8Ages 9 and up. Real technique, real confidence, bully-proof composure. Advanced teens earn their way into harder rooms.
GBK · 9+Takedowns, scrambles, and a strong base. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 on Mat 2.
GBK · WrestlingFundamentals in the gi and no-gi. The class every black belt still attends.
